Become a Mediator

We invite qualified professionals dedicated to impartial and efficient dispute resolution to join our panel of Mediators. As an empaneled Mediator, you will be considered for appointments in disputes administered under RDRC rules, supporting parties in achieving fair and final outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in law, psychology, social work, counselling, negotiation, or related fields
  • Prior mediation experience or training is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good ethical and professional standing with no record of misconduct

Application Process

Step 1: Fill the Application Form for Mediator Empanelment.

Step 2: Upload the following documents along with the application form here:

  • Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)
  • Cover Letter explaining your Mediation expertise and intent to join
  • Government-issued ID proof [Passport/Driving License/Adhaar Card]

Step 3: Your application will be reviewed by the RDRC Empanelment Committee, and a decision will be communicated within 7 to 9 business days from the date of submission. All approvals are subject to the sole discretion of the Board

Step 4: If your application is approved, you will be required to pay a sum of INR 6,998 to the RDRC as Mediator Empanelment Fee.

Step 5: Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an Empanelment Certificate and your name will be added to the RDRC Résolveur Mediator Panel.
