Who can apply?

We welcome applications from individuals who meet one or more of the following criteria:

Qualified and experienced arbitrators or mediators with demonstrated case involvement
Professionals with a background in law, commerce, engineering, finance, HR, or related fields
Academicians, tribunal secretaries, in-house counsel, and retired judicial officers
Young professionals (0–3 years of experience) with strong academic credentials and a demonstrated interest in ADR, eligible under the RDRC Empanelment Rules.
