We invite qualified professionals dedicated to impartial and efficient dispute resolution to join our panel of arbitrators. As an empaneled arbitrator, you will be considered for appointments in disputes administered under RDRC rules, supporting parties in achieving fair and final outcomes.
Step 1: Fill the Application Form for Arbitrator Empanelment.
Step 2: Upload the following documents along with the application form here:
Step 3: Your application will be reviewed by the RDRC Empanelment Committee, and a decision will be communicated within 7 to 9 business days from the date of submission. All approvals are subject to the sole discretion of the Board
Step 4: If your application is approved, you will be required to pay a sum of INR7,998 to the RDRC as Arbitrator Empanelment Fee.
Step 5: Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an Empanelment Certificate and your name will be added to the RDRC Résolveur Arbitrator Panel.
