Refund Policy

RESOL Dispute Resolution Center (“RDRC”), an ODRBELLS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED venture, is committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring transparency with all users. This Refund Policy (“Refund Policy”) sets forth the terms regarding refunds for various services provided by RDRC. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Services
Refunds are not available for ODR services once the process for dispute resolution has commenced. All fees paid are final and non-refundable, regardless of the outcome or duration of the dispute. RDRC ensures efficient, fair, and cost-effective resolution services for all disputes.

Consultation Services
Payments for consultation services are non-refundable once the session is booked or attended. RDRC offers expert advice and guidance tailored to your needs, and the fees for these sessions are final.

Subscription Fees for Portal Access
All fees for accessing RDRC’s ODR Portal are non-refundable. Users should evaluate the platform’s suitability for their needs before subscribing. Once a subscription is activated, no refunds will be processed, even if the platform is partially or entirely unused during the subscription term.

Document Drafting and Review Services
Fees paid for drafting or reviewing documents, including contracts, agreements, or other legal materials, are final. No refunds will be granted once the service is initiated. RDRC adheres to the highest standards of quality and professionalism in delivering these services.

Training and Certification Programs
Payments for training programs, certifications, or other educational offerings are non-refundable. Once registration is confirmed and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued, even if the user is unable to attend or complete the course.

Exceptions
While RDRC maintains a strict no-refund policy for all its services, exceptions may be made in rare and exceptional circumstances. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of RDRC, and may include the following situations:
Technical Issues: If a user is unable to access services due to proven technical failures directly attributable to RDRC’s systems, a partial or full refund may be considered.
Service Unavailability: If RDRC is unable to deliver the promised service due to unforeseen events such as force majeure (natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, etc.), a refund may be issued for the affected service.
Duplicate Payments: If a user accidentally makes a duplicate payment for the same service, RDRC will review the transaction and issue a refund for the additional payment, provided no services were utilized.
All exceptions must be requested in writing and submitted to info@rdrc.in within 5 business days of the event leading to the refund request. RDRC’s decision on whether to grant a refund under these exceptional circumstances is final and binding. Any eligible refund approved by RDRC will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
