What is the RDRC Fellow Network?
The RDRC Arbitrator Training Program is a specialized initiative designed to equip young professionals with the knowledge, practical skills, and mindset necessary to launch a successful career in arbitration. With a balanced focus on legal theory and hands-on experience, this program introduces participants to the evolving landscape of domestic and international arbitration. It brings together leading experts, seasoned arbitrators, and rising voices in dispute resolution to mentor and train the next generation of neutrals in a dynamic, professional learning environment.
Eligibility
This program is for members of the RDRC Fellow Network. If you’re passionate about dispute resolution and belong to one of the following categories, you’re eligible to apply:
1. Final-year law students
2. Young legal professionals
3. Individuals from finance, engineering, or business backgrounds interested in dispute resolution
Faculty
The program features sessions led by experienced arbitrators, legal scholars, and industry practitioners, providing participants with diverse perspectives and insights into the arbitration process.

The RDRC Arbitrator Training Program is structured into carefully designed modules that provide a step-by-step understanding of arbitration—from foundational concepts to advanced procedural insights. Each module is delivered through interactive lectures, practical exercises, and real-case simulations.

Venue & Date
The training sessions will be conducted through a combination of online platforms and in-person workshops at RDRC’s facilities [Delhi NCR], providing flexibility and accessibility to participants.
The RDRC Arbitrator Training Program is structured into five intensive modules that will be delivered over a span of several weeks, beginning in August 2025. To ensure continuous learning and broader access, the program will be conducted once every three months starting from August.

The Training Program is absolutely free of cost for participants, but they must be a member of RDRC Fellow Network to avail the benefit.
