Tailored for aspiring neutrals from law, finance, engineering, and business backgrounds, this program offers comprehensive training in arbitration procedures, award drafting, and case management—all under the guidance of seasoned experts.

This program is for members of the RDRC Fellow Network. If you’re passionate about dispute resolution and belong to one of the following categories, you’re eligible to apply:
1. Final-year law students
2. Young legal professionals
3. Individuals from finance, engineering, or business backgrounds interested in dispute resolution
The program features sessions led by experienced arbitrators, legal scholars, and industry practitioners, providing participants with diverse perspectives and insights into the arbitration process.

The RDRC Arbitrator Training Program is structured into five intensive modules that will be delivered over a span of several weeks, beginning in August 2025. To ensure continuous learning and broader access, the program will be conducted once every three months starting from August.
